Columns Drive
What Is It?
Columns Drive works like a cloud drive, similar to Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.
The difference is that it automatically extracts structured data from uploaded files (.png, .jpg, .pdf, .txt) so you can analyze them immediately.
Why Use It?
Columns Drive is not a general-purpose storage tool. It is built specifically for data extraction, combining OCR and AI to turn unstructured files into analysis-ready datasets.
If you have product screenshots, receipts, invoices, bank statements, and similar files, upload them to a Drive folder and download extracted data at any time.
Public Links
Every uploaded file has a unique public link by default, but you can turn it off if you want. This works like imgur service.
Use It in Columns Flow
In Columns Flow, you can select a Drive folder as an input data source. The folder becomes an auto-generated dataset built from extracted file results.
Columns merges extraction outputs from all files in the folder into one unified dataset, ready for downstream processing.
Notes
Extraction is context-aware: folder name and previously extracted files help improve schema consistency for new uploads.
Columns Drive is designed to improve over time and adapt better to your usage patterns.
